It typically takes 3-4 weeks to complete custom art after receiving reference images and settling on a design concept. In certain cases, I do offer rush delivery for an additional fee. If you know you will need it more quickly, please let me know in advance.

• Once you place your order, you will receive an email from me to confirm your vision and other details. I will also ask you to send me a reference image.
• After everything is finalized, I will send you an invoice. Payment is required in full before I begin creating your artwork. Once the payment is received, I’ll start working on your piece and send you a rough sketch of what I have planned to draw. At this time, we will discuss any changes that need to be made.
• Then I will begin drawing your custom art based on your reference images and chosen concept!
• After I finish drawing, I will send you a Finished Draft 1-2 weeks before your promised ship date. At this time, I will accept 1-2 minor requested edits, if needed.
• If changes are requested, please allow 2-3 days for me to adjust and finalize.
• Once the illustration is finalized, I will send it to my printer and ship it as soon as it's ready.
• Your custom print will arrive!

I can include people in your scene or add a background to your pet portrait for an additional fee. If you want something extra, please let me know and we can work out the details.
